When we give ourselves an opportunity to be vulnerable and unpack and express our thoughts and feelings; this allows the healing process to begin. My goal is to provide a platform for clients who can find comfort in an environment where they feel safe, heard and connected.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC). I have a Bachelor’s degree in Education and a Master’s degree in Counselling.

I have experience working with children, youth, adults and couples who face challenges in mental health, suicidal ideation, anxiety, depression, conflict-resolution, cross-cultural barriers and anger management. I am an LGBTQIA+ supporter and have worked closely with children and their families.

My aim for my clients is to gain self-confidence, cope with anxiety and to provide customized skills and strategies.

Everyone deserves a space where they feel safe enough to be seen, heard, and supported—without judgment. Whether you’re facing internal struggles, relational conflict, or life transitions, healing begins with connection. As a counsellor, I’m here to walk alongside you—to help you untangle complex emotions, discover your strengths, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC). I hold two Bachelor’s degrees—one in Arts and one in Education—and a Master’s degree in Counselling.

I have extensive experience working with children, youth, adults, and couples facing a broad spectrum of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, suicidal ideation, low self-worth, identity exploration, parenting concerns, emotional regulation, and life transitions. I support individuals dealing with high-stress environments, burnout, interpersonal issues, and cross-cultural or generational conflict. I am a dedicated LGBTQIA+ ally and have worked closely with children and families from diverse, multicultural backgrounds.

In my work with couples, I’ve supported partners in navigating communication breakdowns, emotional disconnection, trust issues, infidelity recovery, and major life adjustments. Drawing from evidence-based and research-driven approach, I help couples develop shared goals, strengthen emotional bonds, and build resilient, healthy partnerships rooted in empathy and respect.

I also provide neurodivergent-affirming counselling and have worked with individuals on the autism spectrum, tailoring support to suit their unique communication styles and needs. I am authorized to offer services using Autism funding for eligible clients.

At Listening Tree Counselling Services, I am deeply committed to creating and maintaining therapeutic relationships built on trust, emotional safety, and a non-judgmental atmosphere. I believe that healing happens when we feel truly seen, accepted, and empowered to grow.

Using evidence-based tools such as mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and strength-based approaches, I support clients in managing mental health challenges, deepening self-awareness, rediscovering purpose, and becoming more grounded, resilient versions of themselves.
